EAST STROUDSBURG, PA (September 15, 2022) – All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) debuted its new continuous line production facility in East Stroudsburg, Penn., with an open house and tree-planting event on Thursday, Sept. 15.
The newly renovated state-of-the-art facility is AWIP’s first on the East Coast, and joins the manufacturer’s existing facilities in Vacaville, Calif., and Little Rock, Ark. The company’s expanded market presence will help to add more than 70 local jobs, address supply chain concerns in the construction sector and contribute to the overall economy of the northeastern United States.

The event welcomed over 100 attendees from across the country for a tour of the continuous production line, one of the most innovative lines of insulated metal panel (IMP) production in the world. Guests were able to see firsthand AWIP’s eight-step process from coil to carrier – with edge detailing, foam laydown, cooling and more in between – to create high performance insulated metal wall and roof systems.

“We’re so proud of our new continuous line production facility in East Stroudsburg,” said All Weather Insulated Panels president Natalia Rizzatti. “Our enhanced East Coast presence will not only help to add a number of jobs to the local economy, but will also support our customers and projects in the northeast region.” In addition to the open house, Rizzatti and members of the AWIP team held a ceremonial tree planting in front of the facility to celebrate the company’s new East Coast presence.

“The trees are starting to grow here in East Stroudsburg, and in turn, we’re looking forward to helping our customers grow their businesses as well by nurturing their future projects with our new East Stroudsburg facility.”
The facility enables AWIP to showcase to clients and potential customers the panels both in production and in their final installed condition. AWIP partnered with IRONDELTA for the demolition of the existing wall system and the subsequent re-clad using IMPs manufactured at the plant. IRONDELTA ensured the install demonstrated a correctly installed IMP system with a stacked panel design.
